NABCEP Brings in New Member to its Board of Directors

The North American Board of Certified Energy Practitioners (NABCEP) made an announcement about a new appointment to its board of directors. David Rusch will be the new addition to the Board of Directors at NABCEP. With his experience as school principal/teacher at Venice Lutheran School in Venice between 1983 and 2014, the organization feels that Mr. Rusch can bring in different perspectives to NABCEP between 2017 and 2020.

Mr. Rusch was born in Wisconsin where is worked as an educationist. He has a wife and three children. During his tenure as a school teacher he played an instrumental role of recruitment, marketing, supervision, staff hiring, bookkeeping, financial planning, improvements, and facilities maintenance. He was also responsible for program oversight. In the coming years he intends to add value to his new job with his special skill sets and abilities.

New Appointee Intends to Add Great Value to NABCEP

Currently, Mr. Rusch is on the Board of California Solar Citizens, a non-profit organization that is aimed toward expanding the adoption of rooftop solar energy solutions. He is keenly interested in saving the planet’s natural resources and maintaining a sustainable environment. With his new appointment he intends to have a positive influence over the renewable energy industry. He will closely work on credential and certification programs, which have been marked as a gold standard for solar professionals. He stated that it is extremely important that customers are sure about the professionals they work with.
